I am using the latest version of UMS for Java 6.
I must be either doing something wrong or I have not got it configured correctly - although I have not altered anything from the initial unloading of the application. I have tried to look for similar around the Forum - but nothing comes up with such a basic query. I uninstalled the UMS download thinking that it hadn't downloaded properly - but on the second time around it was just a repeat of the same with everything greyed out. The problem is how to determine which device is next to. Although everything looks OK when I try to obtain any files via the Navigation/Share Settings window on the UMS Main Panel on the Mac, all the named files are appearing greyed out (this applies to everything from audio files (mpg, flac, etc) or images (jpeg). A shared medium is also called a broadcast channel, multi-access channel, or random access channel. if the project has large media files embedded in it, the files are stored outside (but linked. Everything seems to have connected via Wireless OK and UMS is clearly identified by the Marantz. You just need to turn on the file sharing feature on Mac, then use a media player, which support network playback, on the iOS device to access your media. In some cases Mac projects over 10 GB can be converted, e.g.
I am using a Mac (OS 10.8.6) in conjunction with a Marantz NA6005 and have just downloaded UMS primarily to access audio files from my Mac into the Marantz. I am a newcomer to UMS - so please bear with me.
